Return Policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unused furniture items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in the same condition as when received. Change of mind returns are subject to the following conditions:

Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged furniture item, or if the item does not match its description, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at cooperation@wickzencandles.world or through our contact page within the applicable time period
  2. Provide your order number and details about the reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
